Gogol's aim is to better society by imposing good manners on the public. It is a completely new conception of a Superhero - less macho perhaps than Superman and Batman, but Gogol's purpose is higher - to promote good manners and build a better world. And he is always ready to intervene, vicious as only a superhero can be. Gogol, the Superhero fighting impoliteness!
